Ingredients :
3 medium leeks
3 potatoes
chicken stock
A classic French soup, served hot or cold, made with the simplest of ingredients.
Simply chop the leeks and the potatoes into small pieces, and boil in about 2 liters of chicken stock. When the potatoes are soft, turn off the heat and blend into a fine creamy texture. For the more gourmands, you could add a bit of sour cream, and serve with chopped chives.
