Recipe : Ajoblanco Malagueño

Ingredients :

200gr blanched almonds
2 cloves of garlic
150gr soaked bread
750ml water
75ml extravirgin olive oil
15ml Xerxes vinegar
1tsp salt
Grapes for serving

The easiest recipe for a summer soup. I usually soak my almonds over night so they blend nicely.
You just add everything to your blender, and voilà ! The water is measured by the consistency you prefer, if you like a thicker soup, add less water.
