Dessert : Normandy Apple Pie

Ingredients :

2 red apples
2 eggs
100gr sour cream
150gr brown sugar
150gr almond powder
1 puff pastry

Peel and cut your apples into quarters.
Line your pie mold with the pastry, then go in circles and lay the apples on top.
On the side, mix the eggs, sugar, sour cream and almond powder, to obtain a dense cream. Then pour it on top of the apples.
Bake for 30-40min at 180C / 350F.
