Recipe : Ayurvedic Cookies

Ingredients :

1 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
1tbsp cinnamon
1tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raisins

Heat your oven at 180C.

Start by mixing the tahini and the maple syrup, then add the flax seed and spices, and lastly the oats, pumpkin seeds and raisins.

It will form a greasy loose dough, that you should be able to mold by hand into 2cm flattened balls. Lay them on a parchment paper and bake for 12-15min. They will be crumbly, wonderfully aromatic and perfect with tea.
